Atmospheric Research
- Used as an atmosphere research glider, e.g. at gas giants
- Can decent down to a certain depth in thick planetary atmosphere even deeper than the cosmic units
- Used as a 3-Party squad with Cosmic Charger and Cosmic Comet
- The transmitter within the 3-party squad
- The 3-party atmospheric squad allows for 3D profiles, e.g. a triangle where the tip is the lowest point (Tri-Star) and the Cosmic Units are the Receiver stations higher up
- In coordination with Cosmic Charger, and depending on the position of the Cosmic Charger, different types of 3D analysis can be performed
- Separation of the small scooter allows the Tri-Star Voyager to decent even further into thick atmospheres, allowing to analyse gas profiles and characterises the different layers from larger depth.
- The pole antennas are the emitters (laser and microwaves)
- Gridantennas allow to measure gravitation and magnetic field
- Small red lamps in front are IR lamps for navigation in deep, darker layers
